Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of xtreamcube.com and of the service
you buy through it. Read them before you subscribe; if you disagree with
them, do not use the service.

What the service is

XtreamCube supplies access to television delivered over your own internet
connection. You receive a line – a username and a password, a link, or a
registration tied to your device – which you enter into a player application
on equipment you already own. We do not supply hardware, and no installation
is performed at your address.

What we do not promise

A stream crosses four links before it reaches your screen: the source of
the channel, our servers, your internet connection and your own device. Two
of those four are inside your home and outside our control. We therefore do
not promise an uninterrupted picture, and we would rather say so than let you
discover it after paying. What we do commit to is publishing what we measure
on our own two links, on our system health
page
, and to offering a free trial so that you can judge the other two
for yourself before spending anything.

Picture quality cannot exceed the quality of the source. Where a channel
is broadcast in 4K you receive 4K; where it is not, you receive what exists.

The free trial

The free trial gives access to the real service for twenty-four hours and
requires no payment details. It is intended to let one person evaluate the
service once. Repeated trial requests for the same person or household may be
refused.

Your line, and simultaneous use

One line plays on one device at a time. You may install it on as many
devices as you like and move between them, but two people cannot watch
different things on the same line at the same time. If you need a second
simultaneous stream, ask us for an additional account.

Sharing, reselling or redistributing your line outside the reseller
programme is not permitted and may end the subscription.

Payment, renewal and refunds

Prices and accepted payment methods are shown on the pages where you buy.
A subscription runs for the duration you paid for and does not renew by
itself; you renew it when you choose to.

Because the free trial lets you test the complete service before paying,
we ask you to use it. If something goes wrong after you have paid, contact us
first: most problems are identified quickly and most are fixable. Where a
refund is appropriate, it is handled case by case.

Your responsibilities

Broadcast and copyright rules differ from one country to another. You are
responsible for making sure that your use of the service complies with the
law where you are. We supply a technical service; we do not advise you on
what you may lawfully watch.

You are also responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself, and for
the internet connection and equipment you use.

Suspension

We may suspend or end an account that is shared beyond the terms above,
that is used to attack or abuse the service, or that is used in a way that
exposes us to legal action.

Reselling

The reseller programme is described on the reseller
page
and is governed by these terms together with anything agreed
directly with you. Resellers set their own prices and are responsible for
their own customers.

Availability of the website

We keep the website and the service running as best we can, but we do not
guarantee that either will be available without interruption.

Changes

These terms may change. The version on this page is the one that applies.
