Privacy Policy

Last updated: this policy describes how xtreamcube.com handles
personal data. If anything here is unclear, write to us through the
contact page and a person will answer.

Who we are

XtreamCube operates the website xtreamcube.com and supplies an IPTV
service delivered over the internet. Our official domain is xtreamcube.com.
This policy covers the website and the account you use with it.

What we collect, and when

When you ask for a free trial

The trial form asks for an email address, the language you prefer, the
country you are in and the device you intend to watch on. We use those four
things to create your trial line and to send you the login details in a
format your device accepts. Nothing else on that form is required.

When you subscribe or renew

The renewal form asks for your account details, the duration you want, the
country and number of devices, and the payment method you choose. We need
these to apply the right service to the right account.

When you contact us

Messages sent through the contact form or the live chat reach our support
team with whatever you write in them, together with your email address so we
can reply.

Why we process it

  • To provide the service you asked for – creating a trial
or a subscription line, and delivering the credentials.
  • To answer you – support conversations by email or live
    chat.
  • To keep the service working – detecting abuse of the free
trial, and measuring whether our own servers are responding.

Payment

Payment methods are listed on the pages where you pay. Where a payment is
handled by an external provider, that provider processes the payment details
directly and we do not receive or store your card or wallet credentials.

Who else sees your data

We use a small number of external providers, each for a single purpose:

  • A live chat provider – runs the chat window and keeps the
    conversation.
  • A form and email delivery provider – carries the forms
and sends the messages that follow them.
  • An analytics provider – measures how much traffic the
    site receives.
  • A hosting provider – stores the site and its database.

We name the categories here rather than the individual companies. If you
want the specific list of the providers that handle your personal data, ask
through the contact page and we will give it to
you.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond
what is needed to run the service or to comply with the law.

Cookies

The site sets cookies for the shopping and session features of WordPress
and WooCommerce, for the live chat window, and for caching. You can refuse or
delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but the live chat
may not remember your conversation.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept for as long as the account exists and
for the period our accounting obligations require afterwards. Support
conversations are kept while they are useful to help you. Trial requests that
never become accounts are removed once they are no longer needed to prevent
repeated trials.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be
corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Write
through the contact page and say which of those you
want. We will answer, and if we cannot do what you ask we will say why.

Children

The service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect
data from anyone under the age at which they can agree to it in their
country.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, this page changes with it.
