Set the time zone by name

A named zone carries its own clock changes. An offset in hours does not, so a setup correct today is wrong after the next change.

Let the catalogue finish loading

A large catalogue takes a moment on first open. Forcing the player closed while it reads is what corrupts a profile.

One device plays at a time

Install the line anywhere you like, but only one screen plays at once. Extra screens are separate accounts at a reduced rate, said here rather than after you pay.

Questions about IBO Player

Is IBO Player free?
The application and the licence are matters for its publisher rather than for us, and we deliberately do not quote figures that change. What we can tell you is the mechanism: you register a device and the licence stays with that device.
Does it work on Samsung and LG?
Yes, on Tizen and webOS, which is precisely why it is so common. It also runs on Android, iOS, Fire TV and Roku.
Do your lines work with it?
Yes. Once the player is registered you add the line as a playlist or as a portal, and nothing of ours is installed.
Does it work with a MAG style portal?
A MAG box, and the many boxes built to behave like one, does not take a playlist and does not take an Xtream login. It expects a portal address entered in the box's own settings, and it identifies itself to that portal by its MAC address, which is printed underneath the box. That is a third mechanism, separate from the two above, and confusing it with them is the reason a great many MAG owners believe their line is broken when it is simply in the wrong shape. MYTVOnline 3 on a Formuler box speaks all three, which is why it is the usual recommendation for anyone who has collected devices over the years.
