A named zone carries its own clock changes. An offset in hours does not, so a setup correct today is wrong after the next change.

Let the catalogue finish loading

A large catalogue takes a moment on first open. Forcing the player closed while it reads is what corrupts a profile.

One device plays at a time

Install the line anywhere you like, but only one screen plays at once. Extra screens are separate accounts at a reduced rate, said here rather than after you pay.

Questions about TiviMate

Why can I not buy premium on my Firestick?
Because a Fire TV Stick has no Play Store of its own. The unlock happens in the separate companion application on an Android phone or tablet, and this catches almost everybody.
Does it work on Samsung or LG televisions?
No. It is an Android TV and Fire TV player only, and there is no iPhone version either.
Which line formats does it read?
Plain M3U, M3U with group and logo tags, and the Xtream Codes API directly.
Does it work with a MAG style portal?
A MAG box, and the many boxes built to behave like one, does not take a playlist and does not take an Xtream login. It expects a portal address entered in the box's own settings, and it identifies itself to that portal by its MAC address, which is printed underneath the box. That is a third mechanism, separate from the two above, and confusing it with them is the reason a great many MAG owners believe their line is broken when it is simply in the wrong shape. MYTVOnline 3 on a Formuler box speaks all three, which is why it is the usual recommendation for anyone who has collected devices over the years.
